Nozbe for Teams - Great Value!

I was trying to figure out the difference between Nozbe and Nozbe Classic when I stumbled on a 20% off deal for annual plans. We went with Nozbe for Teams and it's been a game changer for our small business. Being able to sync with Google Calendar using Nozbe Calendar Sync was a huge plus, making scheduling super easy. We previously used Trello but the task management in Nozbe just clicks better for us. We'll be saving around $25 for the year with the annual commitment, which is great for our budget.

Works as advertised

Got Nozbe Personal. It helped me keep track of my tasks. The basic features are easy to use. No problems with the Android app. Paid annually, no fuss.

Good tool, some UI quirks

I signed up for Nozbe Solo after using the free trial for a bit. The GTD methodology is really well implemented, and it's helped me organize my work projects. Setting up recurring tasks was pretty straightforward, and I liked being able to customize categories. The iOS app works well on my iPhone. My main complaint is the desktop app's interface can feel a little cluttered sometimes; finding specific settings took a few tries. Overall, it's a solid productivity tool for the price, but there's room for polish.

Smooth migration, great support

I switched my team from Trello to Nozbe Small Team last month. The initial setup and getting everyone onboarded was smoother than I expected. We used the Nozbe Web App primarily, and syncing across different devices for team members was flawless. I had a question about setting up project templates and contacted support. They replied within a few hours with clear instructions, which was impressive. The cost for annual billing was reasonable, especially with the 20% discount. No issues with payment or getting started. It's definitely improved our task management.

Is there usually a Black Friday deal? Thinking of getting a team plan but might wait if a good discount is coming.

N Nina M. 2 months ago
Yeah, they totally do Black Friday deals. I think I got 25% off during one of their sales a couple years ago. Definitely worth waiting if you're not in a rush.

They often have some promo codes floating around for big sales events. If you can hold out until November, you'll probably snag a better deal than just the annual discount.

I'm looking to get the annual plan for a small team, but our non-profit budget is super tight. Do they offer anything for charities?

S Shane S. 2 months ago
I'm pretty sure they have non-profit discounts. I remember seeing something about it when I was signing up, might be worth checking their site or just asking support.

They do! My friend got a non-profit discount for his organization, saved them a good chunk. You just need to apply for it.

Thinking of switching from Todoist. Does Nozbe handle shared projects better, or is it pretty similar?

E Elena G. 3 months ago
Oh man, I switched from Todoist to Nozbe for my team last year and it's way better for collaboration. Todoist felt clunky for anything more than basic sharing.

I use it for personal stuff mostly, but my buddy uses it with his team and says the shared project features are really solid. Lots of control over tasks and who sees what.

Can you actually use Nozbe for free for a while, or is it just a short trial thing?

N Noor E. 1 month ago
They have a free version, not just a trial. It's limited but lets you get a feel for it. I used that for a bit before upgrading.

Yeah, the free version is pretty good to start. I think it lets you have a few projects, so you can definitely kick the tires without paying anything.
